Studio Seventy Four.

Studio Seventy Four, previously Glenhaven Gallery is an art gallery and open studio that has set up permanent premises in the village of Ballantrae, in South Ayrshire. They previously operated every summer as a pop-up gallery under the name Glenhaven Gallery, but with new permanent premises, comes a new brand and name specific to the picturesque town of village of Ballantrae by the sea and with views over to Ailsa Craig and Ireland.

Brief

Studio Seventy Four needed a new logo, brand and social media input to give their new permanent gallery and open studios a fresh feel specific to their location. This new brand had to reflect the location and artist on show, Debbie Cassels. I chose a black and white theme so that the artwork would do the talking. I specifically wanted an artistic painting of Ailsa Craig, the local landmark to identify the brand and a clean fresh font to balance this out.
